Return Process

  Log into your Kiğılı account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and the invoice are included to prevent any processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
